The KOICA Scholarship Program(SP) is designed to train key leaders in partner countries to contribute to the socio-economic development of their home countries.
KOICA is offering 5 master’s and 3 doctoral programs in this recruitment. Before applying to the course, please refer to the information below and the Pl (Program Information) of each University carefully.

Countries selected by KOICA among the DAC List of ODA Recipients (93 Countries)
• Benefits
Fees include tuition, monthly allowance, airfare, accommodation, settlement allowance, scholarship completion grants, insurance, and extracurricular activities
`• Who Can Apply
Refer to the “Application Guideline” for more information
[KOICA Master’s Degrees]
– Citizen of a partner country, officially recommended by the country’s government
– Holder of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
– Public official or publicly-affiliated worker
– Those meeting the university’s selection criteria
[KOICA Doctoral Degrees]
– Those meeting the above selection criteria for a Master’s degree
– A Master’s degree holder of KOICA’s Scholarship Programs
Please ensure that applicants who have passed the local interview* for the 2025-1 KOICA Scholarship Program
are not eligible to apply for the 2025-2 KOICA Scholarship Program *conducted by the KOICA Overseas Office or the Korean Embassy
