Applications are now open for the Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS) 2025.
This prestigious initiative by the Malaysian Government aims to attract outstanding international students to pursue Master’s and PhD programs at top Malaysian higher education institutions.

The MIS offers numerous advantages:

No IELTS required
No application fee
Open to applicants from any academic background

Candidates can apply to select Malaysian universities, including all 20 public universities and 4 private institutions participating in the MIS program.

Financial Benefits

The Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS) offers the following support:

Full coverage of tuition fees throughout the duration of the scholarship
Monthly living allowance of RM 1,500, which is more than sufficient to cover typical living expenses in Malaysia, often ranging between RM 700–800

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Open to citizens from eligible countries as specified by the MIS program.
Program Type: Applicants must be applying for full-time Master’s or PhD programs.
Age Limit:
- Maximum of 40 years for Master’s applicants
- Maximum of 45 years for PhD applicants
Language Proficiency: IELTS is not required for application.
University Admission: An offer or acceptance letter is not required at the time of application.
