Eligibility Criteria

• Open to applicants of all nationalities.
• A recognized Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 (or equivalent) is expected.

English Language Proficiency

Applicants must provide proof of English proficiency through one of the following:

• IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0
• TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 70
• Duolingo: Minimum score of 105

Note: English test requirements are waived for:

• Graduates from KFUPM
• Graduates from English-speaking countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)

Additional Requirements

• Two letters of recommendation
• Non-refundable application fee: SAR 100 + VAT
• A Statement of Purpose: A one-page essay outlining your academic, research, and career goals.
