KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) offers a fully funded scholarship for talented government workers from partner countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, Pakistan, Nepal, Indonesia, and many more.
What the Scholarship Covers

Who Can Apply?
- Must be a government official
- Must receive official nomination from your government
- Preferably under 40 years old
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Must be in good health
- Must have strong English proficiency

Application Steps
- General Application Timeline (KOICA Round)
- Application Submission: Until January 2026 (exact date depends on your country’s KOICA office/embassy)
- University Screening: February–April 2026

- Arrival in Korea: August 2026
