Application Criteria
Minimum Academic Achievement
- Undergraduate applicants: Minimum of 70%
- Graduate applicants: Minimum of 75%
- Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): Minimum of 90%
Age Requirements
- Undergraduate programs: Under 21 years
- Master’s programs: Under 30 years
- PhD programs: Under 35 years
- Research Scholarships: Under 50 years

🏠 Accommodation Assistance
Housing support is provided for students arriving in Türkiye, ensuring a comfortable start to their studies.
✈ Travel Support
The scholarship covers a one-time flight ticket to Türkiye at the start of the program and return travel upon completion.

Comprehensive health insurance grants access to Türkiye’s widespread healthcare services throughout the study period.
💵 Monthly Stipend
Scholars also receive a monthly living allowance:
- Undergraduate: 3,500 TL
- Master’s: 5,000 TL
- PhD: 6,500 TL
Eligible Applicants
- Citizens of all countries
- Graduates or students graduating by the end of the current academic year (before August 2024)
- Researchers and academics
Ineligible Applicants
- Turkish citizens or individuals who have lost Turkish citizenship
- Individuals currently enrolled in Turkish universities at the same level of study they are applying for
